EVA-Vet

Produces digital dental images from your conventional dental x-ray unit.

AFP - Digi-Vet Digital Equine

The Digi-Vet Equine DR is a complete equine solution, fully integrated into one simple and truly portable field case. An amorphous silicon imager with built-in electronics provides fast captures— radiographs appear in two seconds. All components can be plugged into the main platform, thus requiring only one electrical connection. The entire system is transported on a rugged, rolling carrying cart. The cart opens up and may be configured to hold the system for operation on-site. The system is designed for use over a wide range of climates and is field serviceable.

Unlike competitive systems, the Digi-Vet Equine DR:

• Provides 14 bit gray scale images, providing 4 times more information than 12 bit models
• Uses an amorphous silicon sensor, which do not require a warming receptacle to prevent damage in colder environments. The included Metron software will also compensate for any possible variations that would be caused by colder temperatures
